Position Summary

Works with management team to achieve stated objectives in guest service and satisfaction, food quality, food safety requirements, cleanliness and sanitation guidelines, revenues, cost control, and employee motivation and retention. Follow and maintain brand standards at all times.

Job Requirements

1. Strong ability to create and maintain a distinctive BurgerFi® culture -- one that rewards team members for exceptional service and delights our guests every time they visit.

2. A minimum of three (1-3) years of prior experience as a supervisor with a demonstrable record of success.

3. Ability to support the management team in all facets of restaurant operations, sanitation and hygiene, staffing, cost control, and financial systems.

4. Computer literacy, basic math, written verbal skills are necessary.

5. Bachelor or Associate degree preferred. High School diploma or GED required.

6. ServSafe or equivalent required

7. Reliable transportation and punctuality

8. Must be a good communicator with the ability to problem solve
