Requirements

• Sales and estimating experience (Construction industry knowledge is a plus.)
• Must be able to read plans and specifications.
• Local market knowledge.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an adaptation for change.
• Willing to always be training to better serve team and clients.
• Open to a new ideas, change and ways of contracting.
• Ability to multi task and self manage.

Job Descriptions

• Inside sales and sales support for Project managers.
• Prospecting with warm and cold calls (Not telemarketing).
• Perusing leads using HE tools.
• Following up with prospects.
• Establish and maintain relationships with property owners, realtors and insurance agents.
• Examine and analyze job costs throughout all projects.
• Estimate the costs of materials, labor, and equipment.
• Assist with the sales process, which includes insurance and retail estimating.
• Communicate with the Project Manager or other departments to ensure that all paperwork and projects are properly documented.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes.
• Contribute to the team effort and work as a team member to serve our customers.
