Paw Paw Cycle is hiring for a motivated, dependable, knowledgeable sales person to work in our family-owned powersports sales dealership and service shop. At Paw Paw Cycle, we sell fun! Must be a team player. Will work closely with the Sales Manager as well as other personnel. Selling Powersports previously is not required but preferred

Pay will be hourly plus commission, based on experience.

Schedule will be TWTF 9-6 pm & Saturday 9-5.

Sales Consultant Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customers through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems and services
• Keep up to date with promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback

Sales Representative Skills

• Selling Powersports previously is not required but preferred
• Work experience as a sales representative
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with CRM practices a plus
• Capacity to build productive and professional relationships
• Highly motivated and driven for success
• Selling, communication and negotiation skills a must

Pay: $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
