Job duties

· Establishes new accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales calls

· Provide price and availability on services

· Determine product needs & create work orders over the phone, via email, or in person visits

· Follow up on orders to ensure services

· Participate in new business development efforts

· Architect, document, and install network appliances

· Troubleshoot random and unfamiliar networks & respective equipment

· Stay informed of industry trends and collect information on competition

· Conduct sales visits; explain or demonstrate system improvements & cost savings

· Ability to address concerns and communicate clearly and efficiently, handle and resolve challenging problems

Experience/Skills

· IT experience required

· Knowledge of cable, broadband, and VoIP services

· Passion and energy for helping customers succeed

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Strong organizational, communication, attention to detail, and time management skills

· Establishes priorities, works independently, and proceeds with objectives with minimal supervision

· Strong customer service focus with a passion to exceed customer expectations
