Sales and Marketing Assistant

JOB SUMMARY:

This position will be part of our growing Sales team supporting our sales representatives and Sales Manager to grow our vision to enable companies across the globe to achieve scientific advancement.

REPORTING:

Reports to Sales Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree with focus on Business Management

· Technical Sales Understanding

· High level of computer proficiency.

· Organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Positive voice and phone skills.

· Familiarity with social media, social networking, email marketing and search engines.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Understanding of advanced business and marketing concepts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Support the Sales team with customer follow-ups, quoting, and information flow.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Some travel might be required.

· Maintaining customer database

· Assist in customer follow-ups

· Regular phone conversations with customers

· Handling Reach-In Product line sales and distribution

· Leading the marketing team

· Social Media Campaigns

· Networking through social media and other avenues

· Take on special projects to grow our vision

· Generate topics for sales meetings

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
