We are the fastest growing player in the Austin Automotive industry and we need self starters who can build and manage their own business and complement our team of sales all stars. Duties and responsibilities:

--Ensure a high quality, effective and professional experience to every customer while follow the steps to the sale

- Maintaining transparency and high ethical standards while dealing with our customers and team members

-Developing and achieving challenging sales goals and expectations

-Able to present and be knowledgeable of all Kia brand lines

-Maintain and handle composure in dealing with customers

-Promotes cooperation and teamwork with other team members

-Coordinates with the service department for any repairs or service needs that customers may request

-Diligently works with management to follow up with customers to achieve high sales volume and most importantly high customer service standards

-Punctual and comes to work ready to succeed in attitude and in appearance
