Our US Headquarters is located in Auburn, Alabama. We are looking for a dynamic sales person located in Alabama around the Auburn area.
Compensation will be comprised of a base salary with potential of a commission plan that can provide substantial earnings potential along with a competitive benefits package.
Key Tasks:
· Selling into the manufacturing and government sector or similar industries.
· Heavy cold calling with the ability to sell a quality-based product.
· Building a book of business from scratch.
· Travel to trade shows, entertain clients, build a book of business from these clients.
· Ability to discover new potential business, uncover unsolicited opportunities, and develop ongoing relationships with groups that could build multiple facilities over time.
· Provide training and instruction on the Sonic difference in tool storage solutions, and individual tool comparisons.
· Customer communication by phone, email, and in person.
· Accountable for inventory, assets, and your own work schedule.
· Establish and maintain sales goals created among the sales team.
· Focus on marketplace and determine sales outlets outside of the current setup.
· Resolve customer inquiries and collaborate to resolve potential issues that arise.
· Maintain individual and personal records of all customer and client interactions.
Requirements:
· Ability to relocate to Auburn, Alabama or live within an area for a reasonable commute.
· Ability and desire to travel up to 25-35%
· 3+ years of proven sales success
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred
· Sales/Sales Management Experience
· Cold Calling skills and not afraid to pick up the phone to call potential clients.
· Sales presentation skills
· Business Relations/Client Relations experience
· Background of Motorsports/Cars/Tools, preferred
· Valid driver’s license with a clear record
