We are seeking outside sales representatives with proven sales experience to join our growing team of customer-focused, results-driven professionals. A sales background in Forklift and Material Handling is required. Prospects and clients include large and mid-sized manufacturing plants and warehouse operations with a focus on order processing and distribution. Storage Solutions Inc.(SSI) is a top supplier in the material handling industry and has been providing material handling solutions to the warehousing, distribution & fulfillment, and manufacturing sectors for over 25 years. We offer our expert, hometown service to all of Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky, Georgia, and throughout the Southeast from our Knoxville (Corporate Office), Nashville, Huntsville, and Clarksville locations.

Our team specializes in mezzanines, modular buildings, modular cleanrooms, pallet racking, gravity flow storage (pallet flow and carton flow rack), and conveyor systems. We offer full-service, turnkey layout, budgeting, planning, design, estimating, project management, and installation with 100+ years of combined, hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Provide all aspects of quoting (research, pricing, maintain, follow-up, CRM notes)
• Effective prospecting while growing existing customer accounts.
• Same day follow-up on manufacturer leads.
• Stay knowledgeable within industry, market and business updates and changes.

Qualifications

• Positions requires a bachelor’s degree, with 5-7 years sales experience.
• Forklift and/or Material Handling experience persons need to apply.
• Maintain effective communication with all customers and prospects by effectively utilizing company CRM.
• Develop effective relationships at all levels, Executive, Engineering, Operations, to maximize your opportunities.
• Team player that shares best practices and ideas with team members and leadership team.
• Ability to close deals.

Compensation

• Base salary plus commissions
• Monthly car allowance
• Monthly allowance for benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
