Atelier Beauty Bar is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist/Sales Associate for our busy Salon. Candidate must be available to work up to 30 hours per week. 4 days per week minimum and must have weekend and evening availability.

We offer flexible schedules, competitive base pay plus bonuses and growth opportunity. Discounts on all product and services. Health/Dental/Vision for full time employees after 90 days.

Qualifications:

- Professional sales skills a must

- Outgoing personality

-Ability to work closely with management team to carry out company policies and procedures with staff

- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills

- Presents a professional image in appearance, words and actions

- Professional phone etiquette

Role and Responsibilities:

- Retail Sales + Gift Card Sales +Offering Service Upgrades & Add-ons

- Greet guests with an upbeat and friendly demeanor

- Assist in maintaining impeccable environment throughout salon

- Answer phones and schedule appointments

- Meet salon profit goals

Past experience in salon or spa is a huge plus. This is the perfect position for a self-directed, multi-tasker with a professional image, excellent communication skills, outgoing & friendly personality. Must be dependable, great organizational skills and basic computer skills are a must.'
