National Security Consultants is seeking a Security Supervisor who will be responsible for supporting the security efforts for a local retail center in Bridgeport, WV.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the safety and security of the facility including staff, tenants and guests
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of all security personnel
• Ensure security officers are following company policy and procedures
• Recruit, train and develop security personnel in collaboration with Security Manager and Regional Manager
• Ensure scheduling is handled effectively to best meet the demands of the facility
• Assist in maintaining and processing detailed weekly reporting system

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proven ability to be flexible, prioritize and manage multiple projects, as well as solve problems in a timely manner
• Strategic planning and thinking as well as the ability to work well under pressure
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military or management preferred
• Clean criminal background and able to pass drug screen
• Valid driver’s license
