SECURITY PROFESSIONAL (OPEN POSITIONS)

ON-SITE SECURITY PROFESSIONAL (Use Hiring Link to apply for jobs open)

Objective:

Act as a visual deterrent to Criminal Activity with the objective of maintaining a safe and secure environment for Cascade Enforcement clients by patrolling or by walking on site location locations ensuring all entries and exits are secure.

Duties:

• Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Obtains help by sounding alarms.
• Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses.
• Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.

Security Officer Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to lift up to fifty pounds. Ability to sit or walk, to included climbing stairs, for extended periods of time. Surveillance Skills, Deals with Uncertainty, Judgment, Objectivity, Dependability, Emotional Control, Integrity, Safety Management, Professionalism, Reporting Skills.

Responsibilities:

· Employees must be at their designated work area on time and ready to work

· Employees must remain at their work area, at work, until the scheduled quitting time unless permission to leave is granted by the supervisor

· Where operations are continuous, employees must not leave their positions until replaced by the next shift employee or until relieved by a supervisor

· Employee must immediately report to their supervisor any inability to work and the reason

· Employees are required to provide and maintain current personal data and contact information to include current address

· Employee will not wear company uniform when not on duty but will maintain company standards of behavior when off duty

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
