As a Your Local Medicare Help sales agent, you will sell throughout the entire year with Top-Rated partners including Aetna, Centene, Blue Cross, Mutual of Omaha, Priority Health and more! The products we offer include Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplements, prescription drug plans and a variety of related ancillary products. We provide training and sales assistance from the office staff to ensure that they are set up for success. The company provides leads and as a Sales Agent you will have your own territory where you will be the only agent from our company that works that area.

All sales are completed in person or over the phone and applications are taken electronically. All leads are provided at no cost and managed through our CRM software. This means our agents spend more time talking to interested buyers rather than finding prospects and booking appointments. You will also have assistance from the office staff for to provide more time for you to focus on meeting with more clients and making more sales rather than focusing all of your time and efforts on client retention.

Due to our approach, technology, support, product suite and training, you will find commission potential is much greater than our competitors. Commissions are paid for every policy sold with no caps or limitations.

Requirements:

• Life & Health Insurance License (If you are not yet licensed, we will pay for all licensing and appointment fees for qualified candidates)

• Strong sales skills and experience
• Ideal candidates will have sold Medicare Advantage products
• Ability to overcome sales objections.
• Ability to work effectively without being micro-managed.
