Responsibilities:

• Possesses a keen awareness of wholesale position perspective in design and approach creatives accordingly, appropriate to in-house needs and operation
• Create and manage all company creatives and graphic assets include but not limited to: packages, posters, banners, flyers, catalogs, pop materials, trade show graphics, social media and web related material
• In-house designer experience or knowledge, including comprehension about creating income-generating creatives with a budget-conscious mind and taking selling points over design
• Provide forward, innovative thinking about our branded experiences
• Ability to lead, support & manage the overall work flow
• Find simple and elegant solutions for complex design problems
• Attention to detail & file organizing, and excellent follow up skills
• Stay current with latest trends in hair product design as well as related design fields
• Explore, concept and develop competitor design analysis and offer benchmark designs
• Work closely with executive management, R&D and Marketing departments to incorporate the product concepts to all design assets
• Help define and improve Midway’s brand presence and adhere to style standards
• Vendor managing & communication to the project completion

Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experiences

• Design or related Degree & 10 + years of design experience in related field
• Proven ability to translate brand identity into digital experience designs
• Strong design process, experience designing systems and product features
• Proficiency in industry standard design tools such as Adobe Create Suite
• Experience in Trade shows & event preparation experience
• Illustration skill a plus – especially in creating icons
• High-End Photo retouching skills manipulating from RAW files
• Videography & Video editing skill a plus such as Premier
• Knowledge in photography & lighting a plus
• Website management a plus especially in WordPress
• Coding Knowledge a plus
• 3D rendering a plus
• Must be bilingual in English and Korean

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
