Senior HRIS Business Analyst - ADP

Join a high-performance HR team within a global leading automotive supplier.

Responsibilities:

As the Sr. HRIS Analyst, you will maintain the integrity and accuracy of our HRIS system, partner with our vendors to resolve technical issues, analyze, test and implement updates/integration of new modules for Compensation, Payroll, Performance Management, etc. In this role you will also share responsibility for the HRIS internal e-Inbox to meet the needs of our customers.

Requirements:

• Hybrid: 3 days/week in office
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with HRIS system; ADP Enterprise and SQL a plus.
• 2+ years’ experience with eTime/KRONOS.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,269.83 per year
