We're looking for an experienced Senior Tax Accountant to perform business tax returns using tax laws and regulations in order to ensure compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing unusual transactions and responding when inconsistencies are found. In addition, the Senior Tax Accountant will generate tax liability projections and make projections based on data received through the year. We're looking for individuals who are familiar with tax laws and regulations, who have a strong attention to detail and who have a strong commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Complete C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnership, Estate and Trust tax returns
• Prepare adjusting journal entries
• Calculate the fair market value of company assets for accounting purposes.
• Verify that all assets are appropriately valued for accounting purposes.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $44.00 per hour
