Personalized service is what we provide our members. Servers should not be expected to take 8-10 tables to make great money. Our servers typically serve 4-5 tables per shift. It's more important to us to give great service than to turn as many tables you we can. We are willing to pay extremely well for qualified candidates who have a proven track record of providing uncompromised service.
