Auto Service Writer - BUSY SHOP! Sign on Bonus!

New Concept Auto is the preferred family owned and operated automotive repair facility of Overland Park. We are looking to add an automotive service writer. Our reputation precedes us in being an industry leader with our customer service being second to none and quality repairs completed in a timely fashion. We pride ourselves on treating our customers like family and giving back to the community. Our motto is New Concept it's not what we do it's who we are, and that goes for all aspects in our business from our employees to our customers.

Our Service Advisor will handle the daily sales and communication with our customers to keep them well informed on the condition and status of their vehicle while being serviced. We are looking for a very motivated and well rounded candidate that is a team player. Candidates must be able to excel in a fast paced environment, be able to multitask, have a great attitude, and willing to learn! We like to promote within and advancement is possible.
