Job Description :

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and these CSRs can gather that for you. Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess guide and support customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email or mail
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support business operations
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven customer support experience. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to diffuse angry callers while maintaining a cheerful, “can do” attitude
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Microsoft Office , including MS Outlook email, MS Word, and MS Excel
  • Customer-first attitude, and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years call center experience required
  • Knowledge of outdoor power equipment operation and mechanics is greatly desired, and would move you toward the top of the list of candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
