This Service Desk Specialist role with Associated Bank will provide technical support to all Associated Bank colleagues on a variety of hardware, software, and business application issues. Issues are reported to the Service Desk via alerts, email, instant messaging (IM), phone, self-service, voice mail and walk-up. They will do this by:

  • Providing level 1 technical support for colleagues on multiple hardware devices including: voice and data lines, ATMs, mobile devices, video conference equipment, multi-function printers, UPS alerts, SCOM and concierge level support for Executive Leadership.
  • Escalating issues to higher level support when needed to ensure quick resolution.
  • Providing excellent customer service to Associated Bank colleagues.
  • Helping to install/reinstall software on end user devices when necessary.
  • Facilitating and following company technical security policies.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Computer Information Systems or business related discipline. Required
  • Experience:
    • Experience in a Technical Service Desk or related role. Required
    • 2-4 years Technical Service Desk or related area. Preferred
  • Licenses and Certifications:
    • Other Common industry certifications such as A+, Network+, ITIL, HDI. Preferred
