Boston's Best Coffee is seeking an individual with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to serve as the dispatcher for our Service Department as well as act as an Accounts Receivable Representative.

This individual would be responsible for fielding customer calls/emails, coordinating with our sales team on equipment installations and customer issues, following up with customers, scheduling service appointments and ensuring customer satisfaction with our Service Department.

This individual's secondary responsibility would be in customer service, calling customers for their orders, entering those orders into our system, fielding phone calls from customers on shipment/delivery issues, and working with our sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Customer service and/or service dispatching experience required.
