Euro Stone Craft, one of the largest and fastest growing stone countertop fabricators and installers in Northern Virginia, has an immediate opening for an experienced Showroom Sales Manager to lead a team of inside sales, expanding our customer base, and reaching company sales goals. Our diversified client base includes Remodelers, Contactors, Custom Home Builders, Kitchen & Bath dealers, Designers, Architects, and Retail.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspire, manage, train, and coach a team of 4 to 5 inside sales account managers to reach company sales and exceptional customer service goals.
• Conduct regular performance development reviews with each of the inside sales staff.
• Work closely with other senior managers to ensure superior customer experience is maintained at all levels and contacts within the company.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management, or showroom management.
• Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team of 4 to 5 Insides Sales Consultants to achieve Showroom Sales Goals.
• Results-driven and ability in hitting or exceeding targets.
• Kitchen and Bath industry knowledge is preferred

Working hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, and two Saturdays per month from 10 am to 2 pm. For more information about our company, please visit us at www.EuroStoneCraft.com.
