SJC Marketing is seeking a SLED Sales Agent that demonstrates our company values. In this role, you will be responsible for finding and securing new SLED customers and communicating how SJC Marketing can help meet their marketing needs. You will have experience prospecting, negotiating, and possess a track record of closing new state and local business. You should also understand public sector use cases and how to navigate the state, local and higher-ed procurement process to sell across multiple departments and agencies. To be successful in this role, you will understand how to go after new government business and build relationships with the right decision makers.

The following is a list of SLED Sales Agent requirements:

· 3-5 years of proven experience working as a successful SLED sales agent or associate

· Bachelor's Degree or Military Service required

· Demonstrated ability to consistently meet sales quotas by managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through closing

· Strong working knowledge of marketing and sales industry, including digital tools and techniques

· Ability to fluidly adjust sales efforts in response to business metrics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
