Zarzaur Law, P.A., a local, modern, fast paced and high-volume personal injury law firm based in Pensacola, Florida is looking for a talented Social Media/Marketing Assistant to create, publish and monitor our various social media channels.

We are looking for a highly motivated, creative individual with a graphic design background and a passion for connecting savvy social media followers (and potential clients). This position has the responsibility of continuing the building and engagement of our community with our firm’s brand daily in an authentic and unique way. This position would be responsible for but not limited to the management of the following social media platforms Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and Snapchat.

Social Media / Graphic Design / Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:

• Work alongside Marketing Manager to create monthly plans and goals social media strategies and assist in the continued growth of the brand awareness to satisfy the communication objectives and standards
• Responsible for creating engaging and cutting-edge posts on the above social media platforms which would include daily posts, stories, reels and live streams
• Monitoring and responding to all the above social media engagement
• Reporting analytics, insights and interaction with followers and be responsible for providing weekly engagement updates
• Assist in developing new strategies and incentives to increase followers on popular social media platforms to maintain firm as industry leader
• In charge of all graphic design projects; will be responsible for all design, editing, and proofing of dynamic and high-quality creative pieces for print, digital, web, outdoor, video and more
• Attend and work with Marketing Manager at all firm events and public relations opportunities which may require after some hours and weekend work
• Must be nimble and sometimes creative on the fly while maintaining stellar work product that meets all deadlines

Applicant must have an extensive working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite with hands on graphic design experience. Video production, editing, photography, streaming and creative writing skills are a definite plus!

Requirements: Four year undergraduate degree with professional working experience

Programs Utilized: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, Lightroom, Canva, Envato Elements, Apple iWork Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Sprout Social and Trello

Salary: $20-$30/hr depending upon experience and education + benefits

Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:30AM - 5:30PM with some overtime and/or weekend hours required for special events

Location: On-site at our main office location in Pensacola, Florida
