We value onsite collaboration so this role requires onsite work at our headquarters in Monroe, WI, on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. To take advantage of the remote work option, you must have reliable, high-speed internet and appropriate home office ergonomics.
What You’ll Do:
As a Software Developer, you will join a tight knit and collaborative team using cutting edge cloud technologies, DevOps, and modern programming languages. You’ll work with the product owner, stake holders, and development team to design solutions to meet our business’ needs. You’ll also help drive the design and development of the new systems on modern computing platforms while coaching less experienced peers. Working within an efficiently implemented Agile framework you will be empowered to own the complete development process and to fulfill your passion for learning new technologies.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in modern programming languages preferred. (C# and Python are commonly used.)
- Experience with RESTful API design.
- Experience in .Net, SQL, DevOps, and cloud computing is helpful.
- Proven ability to master new technologies.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a creative and innovative approach to solutions.
- Ability to ensure that solutions are secure, efficient, scalable, and supportable.
- Ability to communicate in business terms and build a strong relationship with stakeholders.
