As a Sr Business Analyst you will be responsible for evaluating business operations to understand gaps and opportunities, analyze requirements and recommend solutions which enable the business unit to achieve goals within established strategies.

This position can be located at the following Bobcat locations: West Fargo, ND or Statesville, NC

The qualified candidate will have:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance or related field
• Experience: 7+ years relevant experience preferred
• Travel: 10 - 24%
• Have a wholistic mindset while also being detail oriented across the organization's scope
• Possess a natural ability and drive to focus on project/value delivery
• Understand importance of cross-functional collaboration and teamwork to long term success
• In-depth knowledge of business processes especially internal interactions between functions and processes
• Excellent understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and tools, with hands-on implementation experience
• Communicate clearly and concisely, distilling complex subjects into actionable decision frames
• Be data driven, systems thinker; exercises sound judgment in analyzing problems from multiple perspectives
• Possess strong judgment to form independent points of view on risks and opportunities
• Demonstrate credibility, integrity, and trustworthiness in confidential situations
• High degree of fluency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Oracle Delmia Apriso, Thingworx, Python experience preferred
