Pete's RV is looking for a detail-oriented Sr. Data Analyst to join our team. This position reports to the director of Data Analytics within the Fixed Ops Department. You will be responsible for helping to establish data-driven decisions by developing, maintaining, and optimizing business and financial reporting. You will play an important role in developing the growth and direction of the data analytics team. Our ideal candidate has experience with Caspio, SQL, data visualization tools, advanced Excel skills, is flexible, can prioritize competing objectives, and is capable of leading analytical projects.

Principal Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop real-time data visualization dashboards
  
• Create, update, and maintain cloud-based databases and applications
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets
• Develop automated reports for internal teams
• Monitor KPIs and performance to measure the effectiveness of business units
• Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Work with business units to identify opportunities for improvement
• Provide internal support for business units
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Requirements

• 2+ years in analyst role
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (building template reports, functions including: VLOOKUP, AVERAGEIFS, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS)
• Ability to travel to other dealerships as needed

Preferred Requirements:

• 4+ years in analyst role
• Experience with Caspio
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other Business Intelligence tools
• Experience with website development (HTML, JavaScript)

Knowledge and skills:

• Experience with SQL
• Experience using Business software to include: MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), Conferencing Applications (MS Teams, Zoom)
• Proven ability to partner and collaborate across an organization
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
