Qualifications:

Experienced in Adobe creative suite including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

• Proficient in photography for the purpose of product and lifestyle imagery

• Understanding pre-press production and printing standards

• Ability to develop product ideation from concept to production. Including packaging and supportive marketing for both print and digital media applications

Providing leadership to the creative team through art direction and time management Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Proficient in G-Suite programs including Google Docs, Sheets, and Gmail and/or Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word.

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or 4 years of experience in graphic design and retail marketing

• Must submit a portfolio, 6-10 examples in PDF format, no larger than 10MB or website equivalent

The Senior Graphic Designer will work with the Merchandising, Marketing and Product Development teams to support marketing efforts and the development of new products. This position will require leading the creative team with art direction while building brand standards across multiple platforms including digital and print for e-commerce and in store displays. Design projects will include regular updates to window and point of sale signage, seasonal publications of gift guides, mall advertising assets, social media graphics, web banners, email templates and photographing product to support these mediums. The Senior Designer will also assist in developing products and packaging for licensed items to be sold at FYE. They will be involved in the creative process from generating concepts to designing and creating mock ups of the product and ultimately developing marketing assets to promote these items. This position requires attention to detail, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in support of the merchandising and marketing teams and excellent communication skills. The Senior Graphic Designer will serve as a mentor and team leader for the creative team and liaison to the Marketing and Merchandising teams.
