Job Summary
Working as a part of the HR Team at the Ohio distribution center, the Sr. HR Coordinator will support various areas including compliance, on-boarding, timekeeping and scheduling, and other duties as assigned.
Primary Job Duties
- Implements and maintains new hire orientation and employee recognition programs
- Coordinates the employee onboarding process
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resources programs including but not limited to benefits open enrollment, training and development, employee communications, and employee engagement
- Collaborates with other HR team members and operations leaders on implementing innovative and inclusive employee engagement strategies
- Implement HR interventions on employee wellness, diversity and inclusion, or talent management
- Provides back-up support to HR Business Partners
- Set-up and track relevant metrics and KPI's to drive business results
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in HR, Business, or Communications preferred
- 2-4 years experience in an HR role
- Previous experience with SuccessFactors and/or Kronos preferred
- Strong MS Office skills
