We are looking to hire a seasoned Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience that can assist us in supporting one of our fast-growing customers in the healthcare industry. The work is never boring and we take pride in being driven by technology, our flexibility, and ultimately producing the desired outcomes.

We are super flexible and allow anyone who joins our team to work remotely. Microsoft Project experience is a must. Health Plan (Insurance Payer) and Mergers and Acquisitions experience is a big plus.

100% Remote but must reside in VA or FL.

Job duties below:

• Manages the triple constraints: Scope, Schedule, Cost
• Manages and updates project plans
• Manages multiple concurrent projects
• Develops work plan structure and project schedule in conjunction with client’s schedule
• Reports status
• Leads project meetings with business partners
• Secures the appropriate resources for projects
• Sets and manages expectations with resource managers and team members
• Maintains risk, actions, issue and decision log
• Facilitates resolution of issues and escalates as appropriate
• Prepares and participates in quality review checkpoints
• Obtains/secures necessary approvals
• Conducts project lessons learned and close-out activities
• Leads scope development and management
• Develops and manages project budgets, schedules, and timelines
• Implements deliverables identified by program and project
• Manages Risk
• Collects and structures the available data impacting the project
• Makes timely decisions based on facts, circumstances, and needs
• Conveys information to all key stakeholders in both written and verbal formats
• Determines and utilizes the appropriate communication channels
• Prepares and delivers presentations
• Communicates complex scenarios to executive leadership required.
• Identifies the impact of a project directly to and across various functions
• Integrates business goals into the project scope and deliverables
• Develops metrics to track progress towards goals
• Understands project and organizational dependencies
• Identifies process improvement opportunities for executing projects more efficiently
• Creates an effective team environment
• Communicates effectively at all levels of an organization
• Interacts with executive leadership required
• Applies/obtains the necessary requisite subject matter expertise (SME)
• Manages within System Migration and Integration frameworks
• Utilizes data to validate progress of the project
• Maintains project objectivity
• Applies ongoing analysis to the project
• Integrates the project with cross-functional objectives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
