As we prepare for the next phase of growth, we’re seeking a senior sales executive that is both Coach and Player with an established network and proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals in athletic performance technology and in the sports and fitness space.

Position Summary

The Senior Sales Representative – Sports & Fitness will lead sales into Sports, Wellness & Fitness verticals including College and Pro Sports and the fitness space. The SSR-Sports & Fitness will be a hunter with a proven track record of identifying, vetting, securing, and closing opportunities with deep experience selling into the sports and fitness space. The SSR will bring a robust contact network to the position and serve as support to the inside sales team (order takers) to negotiate and close deals as needed. The SSR-Sports & Fitness will be a value-based sales GURU with a proven track record.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions

  • Identify, vet, and close opportunities in the healthcare space to achieve individual and team quarterly and annual goals sales goals.
  • Become a Product Specialist with an in-depth understanding of the TRAZER system features and benefits to effectively communicate how TRAZER delivers better outcomes to athletes, patients, seniors, clinicians, and organizations.
  • Manage and report on activities and pipeline to drive conversion Contact to Demo, Demo to Quote and Quote to Close.
  • Communicate with and persuade decision-makers in targeted healthcare verticals to deploy TRAZER utilizing effective value selling skills leveraging cost benefit analysis.
  • Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and meetings as directed and required.
  • Keep detailed records of all contacts reporting and tracking as directed in CRM.
  • Work with CMO, SVP – Marketing & Sales and marketing team to develop and refine promotional and sales strategies to ensure a consistent brand, product, and pricing messaging.
  • Provide marketing team relevant prospect feedback on product features, marketing and sales materials, and industry trends to ensure TRAZER remains ahead of the curve.

Required Skills, Experience & Characteristics

  • 5+ years sales experience in athletic performance technology
  • In-depth and current understanding of athletic performance space
  • Experience with CRM and the ability to learn, use and leverage CRM in the sales process
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS models, logistics and product fulfillment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record of consistently meeting (and often exceeding) sales goals
  • Effective written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills with proven ability to effectively engage with and present to senior level executives
  • Excellent teamwork and networking skills
  • Excellent business development, negotiation, and CLOSING skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • High business and emotional IQ

BIG Plus Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of Google Workspace and/or MS Office | Knowledge of HubSpot SalesHub | Experience selling into Sports & Fitness

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
