The Store Manager supports the success of the company by implementing and executing the company initiatives while motivating and training the team members they manage.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure an excellent guest experience
• Provide a safe environment for team members and guests
• Meet or exceed performance targets
• Manage team members by upholding our core values, training and motivating
• Communicate effectively and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures

Store Managers must:

• Be energetic, hard-working, and ethical
• Be able to work the necessary amount of time in order to complete tasks and support performance execution.
• Understand and follow company strategies and policies
• Have strong communicating, coaching, motivating and supervising skills
• Have strong automotive retail sales background with at least 1 year of experience in a management capacity.
• Deliver excellent customer service with a high level of personal integrity.
• Possess the ability to speak and present in a small to medium sized group.
• Have the ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Have knowledge of tires, tire related and mechanical services are highly desirable.
• Possess a valid Driver's License and must be insurable under our automobile insurance.
