Strategic Sourcing Manager needed for a Higher Education Consortium in Amherst, MA.

Full Time, Hybrid, Permanent position. Salary $75k-$85k DOE

In your role as our Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will develop and manage supplier contracts for our member community. As a valued contributor to the overall contract development and management process, you will have end to end responsibility to your assigned portfolio.

• Utilizing data analysis and trend analysis to develop and implement initiatives that continuously improves the value of your contract portfolio
• A commitment to procurement best practices, legal compliance and thorough record keeping
• Transparent, open communication with the team and all our partners

• Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree.
• Five+ years of professional experience directly related to sourcing, category management or purchasing. Preferably in Public/Municipal bidding process. Familiar with M.G.L. Ch30B desired.
• MCPPO certification preferred
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (strong Excel and Access desired)
