We are seeking a team player and energy giver with a positive, JOY-FILLED attitude and who will be a great fit with our Jack and Jill family community. We seek to employ highly qualified individuals who know and love the Lord, Freedom, Family and Country.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a group of 10-18 campers (Pre-Kindergarten and Up)
• Collaborate with other teachers/staff to create the magic of summer camp
• Administer daily set-up and clean-up of camp
• Maintain and run a safe camp environment
• Understand that you are making a difference in the lives of kids

As a Jack and Jill Summer Camp Teacher, your position is the most important. You are a role model for the campers in your every action, spoken word, and the way you carry the Jack and Jill torch of excellence. You will be engaging with the campers and building positive relationships with them through playing games, leading activities and holding the kids to the same high expectations we hold ourselves to. We are about creating the ultimate environment where kids can just be kids, and we need great teachers/leaders to do that.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ yrs of age
• Love working with kids, and at least 2 years of experience with kids/camps is preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
• Available Monday through Friday during the summer weeks- 40 hours per week (Typically 8am-5pm or 8:30-5:30 pm schedule with one hour for lunch)
• Sub positions available for varied schedules
• Certified Lifeguard Positions available
• Starting June 5-August 11, 2023
• Full time, year around teaching positions available
