RWC is a continuing care retirement community. We provide quality care and services for senior citizens living independently and to those who need assistance with daily living activities or full nursing care.


Responsibilities:

  • manage a schedule involving approximately 100 nurses
  • process timesheets and mange leave requests
  • manage systems and communicate changes in a timely manner
  • order medical supplies as needed
  • manage inventory of medical supplies

Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years office experience
  • Strong communication skills, customer service and organizational skills
  • Strong logic skills
  • Efficient with Excel and computer data bases
  • Experience in healthcare setting a plus
  • Dependable
