Currently hiring for year-round evening and weekend shifts

$500 Sign-On Bonus for team members hired by January 31st, 2023!

Here at Big Blue Swim School, we care about creating big moments. Our teachers work with an awesome team while making a difference in the lives of children. No swim experience needed, we provide paid training.
We offer team members:
  • Pay rates of $16 per hour and $18 + for weekend or additional shifts.
  • Full and part time positions available with consistent schedules
  • Health insurance plans for full time employees
  • Benefits include paid time off, 401k, and free lessons for eligible family members
  • Great training for new employees with a career path into management
We provide paid training for team members. The skills you will need to bring are:
  • Previous swimming experience not required
  • Enjoys having fun!
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods of time
  • Ability to work in the water for 20+ hours per week
  • Must be able to work weeknights and one weekend day.
