We are looking to hire a full-time Health and Personal Assistant to help one of our executives with overall health, wellness, and productivity. The position is based on the beautiful Central Coast of California with frequent extended domestic travel and occasional international travel.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the executive's daily calendar by scheduling internal and external meetings, appointments, special events, and travel
• Managing the executive’s nutrition, cooking, doctor/naturopath appointments, supplements, and exercise regimens
• Prepare spreadsheets, correspondence, and various reports
• Monitor project status and execution of deadlines for assigned projects
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• LPN, CNA, or RN preferred; or someone passionate and self-educated in health and wellness
• Views health and wellness as a constantly changing and exciting puzzle

• Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
• Self-Starter who will initiative to get things done with limited or no supervision
• Ability to execute independent judgment

• Ability to multi-task in high-pressure situations.
• Demonstrated high work ethic in terms of reporting to work on time, honesty, and trustworthiness
• Valid driver's license
• Show proof of your legal right to work in the United States
• Be able to pass a standard background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,385.46 - $89,003.97 per year
