Galusha & Sons, LLC. is in need of CDL Class A Truck Driver, Heavy Equip Operators and Laborers to join our team. We are looking for a self-motivated individuals. Must be able to show up when scheduled and have reliable transportation.

Full Time Position, Monday-Friday, Occasional Saturday

Qualifications

• Drivers: Commercial Driver’s License Class A
• Driver Experience: Previous CDL driving experience preferred, but not required.
• Heavy Equipment Operators must have experience with heavy equipment operation.
• Laborers: General laborer experience, ability to lift over 50lb if necessary and working in outdoor elements.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Drivers: Ability to properly load, strap, and secure materials on a truck
• Drivers: Check the accuracy of material on your truck prior to leaving the yard
• Drivers: Verify that the invoice/packing slip match what is leaving on the truck. Verify that loads are labeled correctly to ensure a smoother delivery at the job site.
• Drivers :Comply with all DOT Regulations and Standards
• Drivers: Complete proper paperwork, including but not limited to:
• Drivers: Pre-Trip Inspections
• Drivers: Mileage Logs
• Drivers: Vehicle Repair Requests
• Report any issues or concerns regarding deliveries, vehicles, or equipment
• Load/unload material accurately/as requested on job sites
• Work well & respectfully with others
• Have the ability to problem solve, think out of the box to resolve situations to get the best outcome
• Complete other assigned tasks as requested
