UI/UX Designer

The Role

We are looking for a UI/UX designer with 10+ years of experience designing web applications and digital systems. Experience of designing complex UX systems to digitize real world processes is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own the Front End of our platform from conceptualization to implementation
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective UX framework for existing and new product segments
• Develop UI standards and designs relevant for user experience and product objectives
• Develop design and branding standards for various digital assets, including landing pages, digital ads, web pages, etc.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Startup experience would be a plus
• Ability to quickly grasp potential or uncovered / unexpressed user needs through conceptual analysis and indirect references rather than through user interviews
• Demonstrable interest in visual communication through minimalist designs
• Prior experience of designing for B2B services would be a plus
• While programming skills not essential, demonstrable expertise in JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS will be helpful
• Must have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in UI/UX design, human-computer interface, industrial design, visual design or similar design related fields

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
