This is an IN OFFICE over the PHONE position

Hiring for Openers and Closers

As an opener:

Take inbound and outbound calls

Read from a script and transfer the call to a closer

Get as many calls over to the closer as you CAN

BE able to handle REJECTION, you will average 200 to 300 calls per day, All need is 2 to 3 deals a day, split with the closer.

Be motivated, have positive energy, sound excited!

Be able to handle taking call after call and remaining positive.

As a closer:

You will develop rapport with the customer in order to close the deal

Learn the vacation package and the resorts

Follow up with past guests to get them to buy another package

Provide advice and rebuttal questions in order to close the deal

Past experience is a PLUS, Any sales experience will help you succeed!

Get at least 2 to 3 deals per day. Get 2 deals a day make $1,800 dollars a week.
