Position Title: Willow Brook Dietary Aide - Part Time (PT) or Regular Part Time (RPT)
Department: Dietary Services
Reports to: Willow Brook Administrator
Nature of Work
This position is responsible for assisting with various food service functions.
Essential Job Functions
1. Assist with preparation of foods and beverages.
2. Assist in assembling and serving resident meals.
3. Maintain a clean work environment.
4. Wash all dishes, pots, and pans used in preparation and service of meals.
5. Store food and supplies when they are delivered.
6. Prepare dining areas for meals.
7. Assist with food transport, if qualified to drive.
8. Respond to inquires and requests promptly and courteously.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in the English language. Ability to complete mathematical functions. Must be at least 16 years of age. Must have the ability to follow directions, observe all safety rules, and work cooperatively with other staff.
Educational Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • $1,000 for PT or $3,000 for RPT sign-on bonus for eligible employees
