Job Description:

• Workday Data Mapping & Conversions -
• Create data conversion strategy and detailed plan (iLoad / eib approach, load sequencing and timing, production lockout considerations, iload checklist, file transmission tools, etc.)
• Lead Discovery sessions to surface additional issues and plan remaining work
• Review data maps for completeness
• Provide direction and input to any remaining questions and issues.
• Provide input to project governance team and status reporting.
• Provide input to project plan and data conversion plan
• Direct work of data team members

Title: Workday Functional Lead

Job Description:

Workday Core HCM –

• Lead planning sessions to understand the depth and completeness of customer’s vision and mapping for future-state organizations, locations, job catalog, compensation plans and grades, security, business processes, etc. for the combined business entities. (Customer is already underway independently on those tasks and is supposed to be done when we start the Workday project.)
• Lead Discovery sessions to surface additional issues and plan remaining work
• Provide direction and input to any remaining questions and issues.
• Provide input to project governance team and status reporting.
• Provide input to project plan and data conversion plan
• Direct work of HCM team members

Workday Functional Lead
