Four Rivers Realty, a 30 year old Development Company, is hiring a full or part time Administrative Assistant to help with the daily operations of the office in De Soto, WI. Duties include data entry and accounts payable, as well as other general accounting duties. Previous accounting experience and knowledge of QuickBooks computer software is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4x10
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• No nights
• No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

• De Soto, WI 54624: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
