B Two Direct is an online marketing company, that partners with Advertisers all over the world to help them promote their offers through our specialized Affiliates. We are looking for our next Affiliate Manager/ Sales Representative to work closely with our clients to help maximize advertising budgets. The right candidate will have great communication skills and be motivated to meet and exceed goals.

Position Overview

The Affiliate Manager will specialize in the day-to-day management of the affiliate partner accounts. This role will work closely with the Director of Affiliate Marketing, the Sales Team, and Management to ensure success for B Two’s affiliates and advertisers.

As an Affiliate Manager at B Two Direct, you will have the opportunity to learn online marketing from well-established industry professionals. Utilizing great communication skills, you’ll work with affiliates all over the world to help them maximize their growth potential, as well as your own.

Responsibilities

· Utilize company resources, social media, and additional sources including established affiliate referrals, to prospect and recruit new affiliate

· Build strong relationships with affiliates, by maintaining regular contact with potential and current affiliates, and responding to requests in a timely manner

· Maintain regular and effectively communications with affiliates via phone, Skype, email, etc. to relay and document important information including start and end dates, limits on traffic, pricing, and other time sensitive items

· Use effective and compelling sales tactics (stats, conversion, EPC, brand highlights) to encourage affiliates to test B Two Direct offers and determine what affiliate success looks like and how to help them achieve it

· Act as a liaison between the sales team and affiliates to identify key strategic partners and traffic opportunities, while maintaining or increasing traffic volume

· Negotiate payment terms, requirements for payments, dates of payments and collect all necessary legal documentation

· Work closely with internal departments to provide or facilitate affiliate support, meeting their needs and requests in a timely manner

· Utilize company provided tools to ensure legal compliance

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements

· BS/BA degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or business preferred

· 1 + years of prior experience in sales or marketing

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills

· Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

· Self-motivated and works well on a team

· Strong recruitment and negotiation skills

· Ability to effectively develop and manage internal and external business relationships

· Enjoy a fast-paced, quick-witted environment

Candidates will be considered in totality of their skills and experience versus strict interpretation of “requirements” or specific degrees.

Reports to: Director of Affiliate Marketing

Work Environment

This is a full-time, in-office position. Regular hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 9a-6p.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated starting compensation for individuals expressing interest in this position is $40,000 salary, plus commission.
