Answer and direct incoming calls. Able to answer a busy multi-line phone system with a smile. Filing and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Perform non-phlebotomy-related administrative and clerical support in various areas of the clinic as needed (front desk, exam rooms, Telehealth, etc.).

Exhibits a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting guests and preparing their orders. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position.

Experience in moving, driver, general labor, landscaping, transportation, construction, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly or warehouse is helpful,
