Stratford Group is looking for an apartment complex cleaner to join our team to help clean halls and vacant units in Alpena, MI. This position will require cleaning of common area hallways and community room once a week and vacant units as needed.

Position entails working a total of 21 hours per week.

We are looking for the following abilities and skills:

Professional Demeanor

Should have the ability to quickly assess situation and re-act appropriately

Be familiar with Fair Housing and Civil Rights or willing to learn

Skills

Cleaning of common areas and vacant apartments

Unit turn skills – painting, maintenance, and cleaning

Other duties as assigned.

Travel less then 5%
