We welcome you to a brand new farm to table restaurant concept opening in March 2023 in the heart of the wine trail on Seneca Lake! It is nestled alongside well-established vacation rentals. We have a two floor establishment with a full bar upstairs selling local cocktails, wine, and beer and a full service kitchen with a scratch-made locally sourced menu downstairs. There is outdoor seating on our double decks overlooking acres of vineyards and a view of Seneca Lake itself!

We are currently looking for a few positions, one of them being for our Bartenders. These two people should be well-rounded and knowledgeable when it comes to wine, beer, and spirits (it's a bonus if you know local beverages!). They should be no stranger to making in-house syrups and mixers and work well independently. There will be an allowance of creative freedom when it comes to helping create our seasonal cocktails. If you have experience making standard and popular cocktails that's a major bonus. We are looking for someone who really wants to find somewhere they can commit themselves for years to come. We strive to keep our employees happy as we have all worked in the industry for years and have an understanding of what it is like to be treated fairly and with respect.

Some responsibilities will include;

Serving beer and wine

Mixing cocktails

Making in house syrups and mixers

Cleaning glasses and bar station

Inventory of all products

Creative freedom of coming up with specials and seasonal cocktails if you so desire

Working with Square POS

Cash handling

Taking food orders

Requirements;

Keeping up with a fast paced environment

Being able to be on your feet for long periods of time

Lifting cases of alcohol

Desire to learn and grow in this industry

Some knowledge of popular and standard cocktails

At least 1 year in a full service bar

Mixology school attendance is a plus but not required
