The Barton House is a newly established gastro pub and we’re looking for motivated and hardworking people to join our team! We serve top-quality food and beverages in the West Bend (Barton) area.

As a bartender with The Barton House, duties will include:

• Supports all aspects of the bar and dining experience
• Take drink and food orders, serve guests in a professional and efficient manner.
• Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to quests and follow standard recipes
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol

• suggestive selling
• receiving payment, accurate cash counting, and being responsible for all transactions.
• complete daily checklist of duties for maintaining bar area.
• Required to assist in cleaning work areas
• Must remain flexible and can work weekends
• May need to assist the house, when needed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Bartending license

• Minimum of one year of experience

• Must be willing to work in a team-service environment
• providing service to each guest politely, quickly, and efficiently with a positive, pleasant, and enthusiastic attitude
• Must be willing to stand on your feet for long periods of time
• schedule that includes weekends
• lift 15-30 lbs

Business Hours: Wed-Friday 3:00pm-10:00pm, Sat 11:00am-10:00pm, Sunday TBD-7:00pm

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
