Our client is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join the team in Rochester, MN.

Salary Range: $40,000 - $43,000 per year

Qualifications:

• 70% Spanish proficiency, 90% English proficiency
• Personable, approachable, and organized
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• High school diploma required
• CDA or college credits in early childhood education or a related field preferred
• 1 year of administrative experience OR 1 year of experience in a licensed child care center
• Effective and friendly communicator

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Communicating professionally with staff and families
• Translating documents
• Scheduling and greeting tours, volunteers, and other visitors
• Processing new enrollments
• Maintaining database of enrolled children's information
• Answering telephone and taking accurate messages
• Ordering supplies and receiving orders
• Planning field trips and special events
• Assisting teachers in their classrooms as needed
• Opening/closing the center

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
