We are a small HVAC company looking to fill an in office position responsible for general bookkeeping and office duties.

Office Duties Include

-Answer phone and schedule service and sales appointments, file for permits, process mail, daily deposits, enter information in Service Titan and QuickBooks programs.

Bookkeeping Duties Include

manage accounts receivable and payable, collections, reconciling accounts, filing(electronic and paper), compiling time cards for payroll,

Work Experience and Skills

-QuickBooks or Service Titan experience, self starter, willing to learn and implement systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
