Overview:
Work closely with the sales team to maintain data integrity in the systems, review quotes before pushing to
the frontline systems. Provide support with quotes, STECs (tax certificates) and credits. Provide system
support for SAP, APEX, Salesforce, Qlikview. Run reports as needed in SAP, APEX, Qlikview and
Salesforce.
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Review all quotes created in SFDC before pushing to SAP to ensure compliance with NER Sales Policy
and Procedures and to ensure data integrity
  • Create and review data exception reports in SFDC to ensure data validity
  • Enter ZAFA (freight pay) conditions in SAP for ZONEPF (project specific) jobs
  • Enter and maintain ZAFA (freight pay) and ZIF (intercompany freight) conditions in SAP for internal
deliveries
  • Enter and maintain ZAFA (freight pay) and ZSFA (freight charge) conditions for zone freight
  • Maintain ZAFS & ZMC1 for fuel surcharge for internal and external deliveries as applicable
  • Monitor SFDC dashboard for accuracy
  • Set up competitor plants in SFDC
  • Review STECs for accuracy before submitting for approval, attaching in SFDC and submitting to credit
for approval
  • Enter annual ZAFR (freight pay) & ZIF (intercompany freight) for intercompany cement hauls
  • Review unbilled cement ticket report, work with plants to correct issues*
  • Review workflow and correct issues with O2C & billing
  • Enter annual internal quotes to capture sales and forecast
  • Enter annual lost to competitor quotes to capture market loss
  • Review Qlikview to monitor freight costs vs. revenue, identify issues and resolve*
  • Request material extensions as needed
  • Review SAP edits
  • Review APEX edits
  • Assist with NOADs and credits
  • Troubleshoot issues with SFDC, APEX, SAP
  • Provide assistance to weighmasters as needed
  • Request COI (certificate of insurance) as requested by customers
  • Serve as backup for other gatekeepers
  • Create and run ad hoc reports in SFDC, SAP, BW as required
  • Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience. years of equivalent experience.

Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved
